Official StakerX links and channels
Bookmark this page. Before you trust a link, a group, or a message, check it against the list below. These are the only support and social channels StakerX uses: a support or social handle that is not here is not us, however convincing it looks. Business and press enquiries use the marketing address on our contact page, which never handles account matters.
Every real StakerX link starts from stakerx.ai, and the app lives at app.stakerx.ai. Check the address bar before you sign in or connect a wallet, and reach every channel below from here rather than from a link someone sent you.
Our only Telegram support account is @StakerXSupport. StakerX support will never message you first, never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or password, and will never ask you to send funds anywhere. Anyone who does is a scammer, even if their name, photo, or handle looks close to ours.
- Duplicate Telegram groups and channels. Scammers clone our name, logo, and pinned posts; the only official ones are the two linked above.
- Being added to a group chat you did not join. We never add you to a group.
- A message that arrives first. Real support only replies to conversations you start.
- Links to claim an airdrop, verify or connect your wallet, or unlock a balance. We do not send airdrop, giveaway, or claim links, and nothing about your account is fixed by connecting a wallet from a chat.
- Any request for your seed phrase, private key, password, or one-time code, or to send funds anywhere to release, verify, or speed up something.
- A support or social handle you cannot find on this page. Check every link and channel against stakerx.ai, our only official website, before you trust it.
How to check it is really StakerX
Check the handle character by character. Our only Telegram support account is @StakerXSupport. Impersonators copy the name, photo, and handle of real support accounts closely enough to fool a quick glance, and they usually appear right after you post publicly about a problem. If you did not start the conversation yourself from a link on this page, treat it as fake until you have verified the handle.
StakerX support will never message you first, never add you to a group, never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or password, and will never ask you to send funds anywhere, including to verify, unlock, or release a balance. Anyone who does is a scammer, whatever their name or photo shows.
If you are unsure, close the chat and reach us yourself through one of the links above. Questions about your own account are fastest from the Support page inside the app, which attaches your verified account details, or by email to support@stakerx.ai.
If you think you have been targeted
Stop replying and do not send anything. A real support case never needs money, a wallet connection, or a code from you to continue.
If you shared the seed phrase or private key of a wallet connected to your account, move that wallet's funds to a new wallet first. Then sign in and disconnect the compromised wallet from the Wallets page straight away, so the key can no longer be used to sign in to your StakerX account. If it is your only way to sign in, add a recovery email in Settings first so you keep access. Disconnecting does not end a session that is already open, so if you think someone has already signed in with that wallet, tell us from the in-app Support page at once. If you shared a one-time code, or someone may have access to your email or Google account, secure that account with its provider first, then update the recovery email in Settings.
Then tell us from the in-app Support page, with the handle and a screenshot, and report the account or group to Telegram. If you cannot disconnect the wallet yourself, say so in the ticket and we will help. Every report helps us get impersonators taken down faster.
How you sign in
You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, with Google, or by connecting a supported wallet. A wallet-only account does not need an email address to start.
StakerX will never ask you for a seed phrase, a private key, or a wallet password. Nothing in the product ever requires them, so treat any request for them as an attempt to steal your funds, whoever appears to be asking.
Add a recovery email
If you signed up with a wallet only, you can add a recovery email from the Settings page in the app. It gives you a second way to sign in, so losing access to your wallet does not mean losing access to your account.
Changing the email on an account is rate limited: after a change, another change is not accepted for 24 hours. That window exists so someone who briefly gets into your account cannot quietly cycle the address and lock you out.
Withdrawal confirmation
Settings has an optional withdrawal confirmation control. It is off by default. When you turn it on, a withdrawal has to be confirmed before it is submitted, which puts one deliberate step between a mistaken or unauthorized click and your funds leaving.
Withdrawals are paid to the destination wallet you enter, on-chain. Check that address carefully: an on-chain transfer to the wrong address cannot be reversed by StakerX.
